A pair of goals by Patrick Burbes and two helpers by Chris Russolello led the way for the 495ers to a 4-1 victory in the championship game over the Bulldawgz.

After skating deadlocked at one through the first period, Burbes struck twice and Bobby Litras added an insurance goal during a three-goal, second period outburst.

Dillon Scott, who had the only goal for the Bulldawgz, led all players during the playoffs in goals and points with 13 and 15 respectively.  Burbes, along with Shane Simpson of the 422 Express and Mike Stephen of the Bandits tied for second in points with eight.  Burbes and Simpson tied for second in goals with six while Stephen, Russolello and Eric Stack & Jake Salak of the Bulldawgz all had four assists during the tournament.
